Where Māori cultural concepts, kupu Māori, symbolism or values are referenced, these descriptions are provided respectfully and are not intended to claim ownership of Māori cultural knowledge, tikanga, whakapapa, iwi identity or traditional taonga unless expressly stated.

Customers are encouraged to use Māori designs and products respectfully and in a manner consistent with their own cultural understanding and values.

References to concepts such as mana, whānau, kotahitanga, rangatiratanga, wairua, tūrangawaewae and whakapapa are used thoughtfully and respectfully.

The use of Māori language, symbolism or cultural concepts by BuyWiise does not represent endorsement, ownership or authority on behalf of any iwi, hapū, whānau or Māori organisation unless specifically stated.

6. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by BuyWiise.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where there is a genuine pricing error, stock discrepancy, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable circumstance.
